We have many historical items includeing historical records from the municiple court going back to what i belive is the 1800's. I am not sure really we also have maps and pictures and if someone has intraest in these to do any type of research. Get in contact with me or a Greg Thomas here in Turon and we would be glad assist you we have many historical texts on file at the Turon Library includeing history of our small town Pop. 396 and names of people who attended the any of the many churches we have and had including the Methodist, Catholic, Christian, Babtist and any other possible. We also have on file the records from various dates of who is buried at the cemetary and i belive who they were married to and other things,.
