I contacted the cemetery and they were kind enough to take a picture and send it and some documents to me. They also gave me the number of the mortuary and they are also sending a document to me. I e-mailed the photo to my in-laws last night and called and talked to my MIL. She was very touched by the gesture and thanks everyone who helped me find baby Joseph.

This baby was still-born (or lived only a few days) in the early 1950's to Edward and Delores Fitzgerald. It would most likely have been buried in a Catholic cemetery. The Fitzgerald's lived in Hutchison at the time. I do not know if the baby was named. The Fitzgerald's are my in-laws and are elderly. Two other babies are buried with relatives in Minnesota but this baby is alone. I would like to have flowers placed there and would like to have a photo of the grave site for them. I have contacted three Catholic cemeteries in Wichita and have heard back from one. I was told there are many small towns with Catholic cemeteries and many that have been closed. I would appreciate any help.
