The Carbondale Record Osage County Friday November 3, 1888 Died. Guy, infant son of Elmer and Hattie McDONALD, on Monday, at 5 o'clock p.m., aged one year and four days. The little fellow suffered for almost three months with that dreadful disease, typhoid fever, and at times it seemed as though his life was to be spared; but when their hopes were brightest and they were looking forward to his speedy recovery, they realized the truth of the fact, that "in the midst of life we are in death." The bereaved parents have the sympathy of the entire community.
