The Carbondale Record Osage County Saturday June 30, 1888 Jones--Harmon. At the residence of the bride's parents, June 26th, Miss Pamelia HARMON, daughter of A.J. Harmon, was married to Matthew T. JONES, the Rev. M.J. Morse officiating. The wedding was a quiet one, only the immediate friends of the contracting parties, being present. F. W. Harmon, of Mound City, Mo., attended the groom, the bride being assisted by Miss Mary Liter of Topeka. The bride and groom are well known in our community. Matt has been living, until recently, at Eldora, Iowa. He is a young man of good habits and many friends. He was congratulated by the members of the band on Wednesday evening, when they presented him with a neat memento of their good wishes. The Record joins their many friends in wishing the bride and groom long years of happy life.
