The Melvern Review Thursday March 11, 1920 Ben IREY and Frank KELSEY drove to Topeka Wednesday. They got off the road coming home and in some way tipped the car over injuring Kelsey severely. The car was considerably damaged but Mr. Irey escaped without a bruise. A.A. THRUSH brought the wreck and wreckage to town. Same Newspaper. March 18, 1920 We reported the Irey-Kelsey accident as the doctor gave it to us. Ben said to the editor,"You said I didn't get a bruise, Great Heavens look at that leg."
