    3. The Enterprise-Chronicle Thursday November 21, 1940 Mrs. Olive MORRIS of Lydon, the cashier of the Lyndon State Bank, is in St. Francis hospital in Topeka, being treated for injuries received in an unusual accident. In attempting to adjust a storm window, she was blown from the porch of her home to the concrete walk below, a distance of about four feet. Her right arm was forced through the glass, and muscles and tendons and arteries were severed just above the wrist. In the fall she also received a fractured hip and pelvis. A telephone has been placed at her bedside in order that she many be available for advice on important bank affairs. Mrs. Morris is an aunt of Mrs. Dick ELLIS of this city.
