VA Estella b. 1872 W. VA Malinda E. b 1874 W. VA Oliver E. b. 1878 KS Olive V. b. 1878 KS I've been searching for Niles M. Stout, b. abt. 1917 in either the 1920 or 1930 census but with no luck.
