Stout, b. Jan 1827 in W. VA, and Rebeka Stout, b. Sept 1834 in W. VA, with one son in household, Oliver E. Stout, b. Jun 1877 in KS. I think these are the persons you're seeking. When I was a boy my doctor was Dr. Niles Stout. There is a reasonable chance he was a grandson of these folks (if not perhaps otherwise related). If we can establish this connection, I can most likely get you in contact with Dr. Stout's descendants. I went to school with several of his children.
