The Melvern Review Thursday November 16, 1922 Mrs. L.J. LEWIS disposed of her household goods at public auction last Saturday afternoon. There was a good crowd attended and the bidding was brisk, but the goods did not bring their real worth. Mr. and Mrs. R.W. SMITH went to Kansas City Monday on business. Mr. Smith will go further into Missouri and visit his mother who resides there. Our postmaster, J.S. DOOTY, Grant STEPHENS, G.M. JENNINGS, and Allen BRINK, mail carriers, attended the convention for the postal employees in Topeka last week.
