While I'm not related, I am working on a book of the people who are buried at the Olivet/Glasgow Cemetery in Osage Co., KS for the Osage Co. Historical Society. Benjamin (b. 11-29 or 30-1845 Wawasee, Kosciusko Co., IN, d. 2-22-1902 Olivet Twp., Osage Co., KS) was the son of Charles Sullivan Calkins & Nancy Rosetta Barnes. His siblings included Elmer & Elmer Urbane. Martha b. (11-27-1852 Shell Rock Village, Bremer Co., IA, d.6-12-1930 Olivet Twp., Osage Co., KS) was the daughter of John J. Moore & Eliza Jane Thornbrough. Her siblings included John W., Nancy Jane, Mary, Aaron, Rhoda, Phoebe, Minnie & George. Their children were: Anna Rosetta [Joseph Franklin Cheever] Ivan Leoman [Maude Kinder] Vanilla J. [Ernest Clark] Olive Nita [John Thomas Vaughan] Phoebe Leona [David Frank Hawkins] Franklin Stanhope [Ethel Thompson] William Earl [Gladys Evaline Woodward] Carl Elwood **also buried at Olivet/Glasgow Cemetery I would like to verify the spouses of all listed. Also, any information (occupations, residences, memberships, cause of death, special memories, etc.) about Benjamin, Martha & Carl would be helpful.
