The Melvern Review Thursday July 30,1924 Columbus SMITH went to Larned last week to see his sister, Mrs. J.C. YOUNG, who had to have her limb amputated, the result of blood poisoning caused by a tack in her shoe. He also visited a sister, Mrs. C.L. MELVIN, at Gypsum City, before he returned home last Wednesday. Charles WARNER and wife, of Ottawa, and Mr.a nd Mrs. M.D. WARNER spent Sunday at the Geo. WARNER home.
