The Melvern Review Thursday July 2, 1925 Mr. and Mrs. George H. White Entertain. Mr. and Mrs. George H. White entertained a number of guests at a bounteous dinner, given at their country home in the Booth neighborhood, last Sunday. Ice cream was included among the many delicacies that adorned the dinner table. In the afternoon the guest drove to the Pleasant Valley farm of Mr. and Mrs. A.B. Bailey and repelled the sweltering heat by taking a dip in the creek. Those who participated in the event were: Mr. and Mrs. J.R. Bancroft, Linn Michaels and family, Mr. and Mrs. A.B. Bailey, Jim Michaels and family and Mr. and Mrs. George White.
