The Melvern Review Thursday September 3, 1925 Mrs. Plowman Injured. Mrs. William PLOWMAN had the misfortune to suffer a sprained ankle during the first day of the picnic. Mrs. Plowman was sitting on the end of a short board in front of the band stand and did not notice that those who were sitting on the other part of the same board were leaving. As soon as they vacated the weight of Mrs. Plowman's body was enough to raise the opposite end of the board on which she was sitting and she fell on her right ankle, causing a serious sprain.
