The Osage County Courier Friday October 6, 1893 Tom MILLER is to take charge of the Overbrook post office October 1st, and Miss May MARSHALL, as assistant p.m., will have charge most of the time. Mr. Miller is having an entirely new office outfuit made, which promises to be complete and convenient. Just where the office will be located has not yet been decided. (Overbrook.) Thursday of last week during the storm, lightning struck the corner of L.F. KARNES house, knocking splinters in all directions. The family was in the house at the time, but no one was hurt.
