The Oskaloosa Independent Jefferson County Saturday March 21, 1874 Died.--March 13th, 1874, at his residence near Edgerton, Platte, Co., Mo., Thomas STANDIFORD, aged 60 years, 4 mos., and 13 days. Mr. S., who was the father of James and John Standiford, of this place was a Christian man, and died with full faith in his Saviour, and a bright hope of a better life beyond.

    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Monday Novmber 22, 1965 Chester Erhart. Scranton.--Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Assembly of God Church here for Chester ERHART, 83, Scranton, who died Saturday in an Overbrook rest home. He was born Feb. 22, 1882 at Winchester and had lived at Scranton the past 14 years. He was a retired farmer. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Dora Erhart, of the home; a son, Geroge Erhart, Lexington, Ky.; a daughter, Mrs. Ralph ISAACS, Scranton; a borther, Roy Erhart, Winchester; two grandchildren and to great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Harveyville Cemetery. Baker Funeral Home at Overbrook is in charge of arrangements.

    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday November 21, 1965 Ora M. Evans Dies at 78; Rites Monday. Osage City.--Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at McElfresh and Son Mortuary here for Mrs. Ora M. EVANS, 78, Emporia, who died Friday in an Emporia hospital after a long illness. Burial will be in Osage City Cemetery. She was born Jan. 2, 1887, at Osage City and spent most of her life in Osage County before moving to Emporia 14 years ago. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Delores LANZRATH, of the home; Mrs. Rowena EWING, Tiburon, Callif.; Mrs. Vivian SCHEEL, Carrollton, Mo.; and Mrs. Lura ROMARY, Englewood, Colo.; three sons, Jesses EVANS, Santa Rosa, Calif., Gerald Evans, Willits, Calif., and Alan Evans, Walnut, Calif.; a half-brother, Dave KIBBE, California; 25 grandchildren and one great-grandson.

    3. The Journal Free Press Wednesday October 2, 1946 Attended Bankers Meeting in Chicago. Mr. and Mrs. W.P. RANDALL returned Monday from a week's vacation spent in Chicago. While there they attended the convention of the American Bankers Association and also had the opportunity of visiting in the home of Mr. Randall's brother. Undergoes Operation. Mrs. Lawrence STEWART entered the Christ hospital in Topeka and underwent a major operation Tuesday morning. Mr. Stewart reported Wednesday morning Mrs. Stewart was getting along as well as could be expected.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank LEWIS, of Admire, announce the marriage of their daughter, Wanda, to Mr. Warren SPADE, son of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Spade, also of Admire. The wedding took place Thursday evening, September 12, in Topeka, with Reverend Kendell officiating. The bride wore gray with black accessories. Her corsage was gladiolas. The couple were attended by Miss Wanda Wright of Topeka and the groom's brother, Mr. Herman Spade. The bride has been employed at the Citizens State Bank in Osage City the past several months. Mr. and Mrs. Spade will go to housekeeping in Admire after October 1.
