Dear List: This is my first posting to this list. Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Paul Noel, Oak Harbor, WA and the g-g-grandson of Richard and Elizabeth Williams who homesteaded and lived in a sod house on Norton County land that is now the Prison/Correctional Center, or whatever the PC name is today. Richard died 2 Feb 1885 and Elizabeth died 25 Feb 1910 in Norton. Elizabeth's obit reports "---internment in the Norton cemetary". If anyone can help, I would like photos of the grave site of Elizabeth and any other family members who might be in a family plot (if there is one). I do not know if there was a cemetary in 1885. Expenses gladly will be reimbursed. Although Williams is a common name, I have considerable info on descendents and glad to share. Vitals will be a separate posting.
