    3. Good Morning Paul, I've no idea if your Williams family were in Jefferson County, KS, but if so, you may want to check the Jefferson County, mail list archives. For several months now I have been reading many old newspapers from Jefferson county and posting to the mail list. Someone, I can't remember who has asked me check for the Williams name and I have done so and added notes from the newspaper to the list. I don't have my records in front of me or I could tell you who exactly that is who requested me to look for Williams. Anyway, I look for over a 100 surnames in that area alone for others so is may be of interest to take a peak at it. Right now I am posting from an early McLouth newspaper. Have a great day!!
