You are a member of the George Kring, Sr. Family through George's son, Conrad Kring who married Catherine Seidner. I have a picture of Conrad and his wife in the Kring book, "From Sea to Shining Sea". Conrad was an a minister in the Evangelical Church and lived near what is today Columbus Ohio. The only information I have in the book on his son, Simon is his birthdate of Jun 19, 1849 and his last whereabouts were TEXAS. I have most of the Swartz family in the book since I had made direct contact with Orvo Swartz just prior to his death in 1979. Carol and Paul Kring, of this line also came to visit me prior to their deaths. This is exciting, can you provide names and email addresses or mailing addresses of any other lines connected to your Simon Kring? Some of these puzzle pieces are finally coming together.
