The metes and bounds of said corporation to be as follows: 160 acres, 1-2 mile square, the center being the center of Sec. 32, Township 28, South range twenty East in said County of Neosho and State of Kansas. The name and style of said Incorporation to be known as "The Inhabitants of the Town of Erie." The following persons were appointed Trustees: George F. DUTTON, L. STILLWELL, David FURNACE, S.L. COULTER and H.H. SUTTLE. This is ga-lorious. The next move will be town elections, and the poorest and humblest of us may rejoice. We can have Office, and who wouldn't. Town Constable is but the first round to public pap. Who wants position after April?
