I'm seeking info on Charles A. and Rosa Toney Evans. Born in MN in 1869, Charles married on June 28, 1890, in Richland Co., IL. Rosa was the daughter of James and Easey Tucker Toney. On Halloween, 1920, Charles was living in St. Paul, KS. I don't know if Rosa was living then or not. The couple had two daughters--Ethel and Theodosia, who was b. in Richland Co., IL, on Aug. 4, 1892. I would be delighted to trade Evans info for further info about Charles' life.
