XVI, NO. 41 FRIDAY, MAY 12, 1899 Married. At the residence of the bride's parents Mr. and Mrs. G. M. Dewey, at 10 a. m. Wednesday, May 10, 1899, Mr. D. B. Hickey of Rich. Hill, Mo., to Miss Millie Dewey of Chanute, Rev. Stafford officiating. Only the intimate relatives and friends of both parties were present. The bride is the daughter of Editor G. M. Dewey and is one of the very best young women Chanute has ever produced, and the groom is a former Chanute young man and is entirely deserving of the love and esteem of his chosen wife. The happy couple left on the noon train the same day for their future home in Rich Hill, where Mr. Hickey is in the drug business. The Blade extends felicitations.
