Their daughter, Mabel, was born there in 1899. Julius Orlik/Orlick was a German immigrant who worked at a livery stable. Eva was the daughter of Canadian (possibly Irish) immigrant Ebenezer Ward & Sarah Ann Orner/Arner/Ahner Ward of Tecumseh NE. Julius & Eva then moved to St. Joseph MO. Ebenezer died and is buried in Oneida. He may have worked as a veterinarian in the area. Would appreciate any local information or period photos showing the livery stable/blacksmith shop and/or restaurant. Particularly interested in cause of death of Ebenezer on 24 Mar 1901. Julius & Eva left Seneca in 1902. Sarah and remaining family stayed in NE. She died in 1921 and is buried in Tecumseh. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
