Worrell died April 30, 1900 in Seneca of an abcess of the left side of her liver (duration of illness 27 days); age (43 or 48), housewife; married; father born NY mother born VT; buried Seneca 5-2-1900. I don't find anything for Mr. Worrell in the records, but not all deaths were reported in those days. Ebenezer died and is buried in Oneida. He may have worked as a veterinarian in the area.     3. A little additional information: The parents are buried in Hillside Cemetery, Columbus, WI. P. B. Richmond 1909 - Oct. 3, 1888 Harriet Richmond 1815 - Aug. 25, 1884 E. A. Richmond has also been listed as Edward A. Richmond; bible records give his name as Edwin A. He was married to Carrie McGuire at the time of his death, and they had two sons, Ralph and Glen.     3. I've "rescued" two old photographs belonging to the WILCOX Family or Oregon State. The first is a photograph of Ruby WILCOX which was taken at the Snyder's Studio in Lebanon, OR. The photograph appears to have been taken in the early 1900's with Ruby just an infant at the time the photograph was taken. The second photograph is one of Orlo & Bertha WILCOX and was taken at the Gardner Studio in Corvallis, OR. This second photograph was likely taken in the early 1900's as well with the couple appearing to be in their teens or 20's at the time. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding the family: Orlo K. WILCOX was b. 16 Jun 1881 in Corning, KS to parents Oliver Kent WILCOX (b. 6 Aug 1847 in MI) and Sarah Jane PURVIS (b. 13 Jan 1840 in Sullivan, IL). Orlo was one of four children born to this couple including, Francis Everett; Arthur Lemon; Oliver Wesley; and Orlo K. WILCOX all born in KS between 1875 and 1881 in Wyandotte, Reno and Nemaha Counties, KS. Orlo married Bertha Emily WILSON (b. 22 Oct 1886 in Washington, KS) on 16 Jun 1909 or 14 Jul 1909 in Linn County, OR and together they had 7 children including Helen Lucille; Donald W.; and Mary Faye WILCOX born between 1910 and 1916 in Oregon and Idaho. Orlo died 16 Jun 1970 in Granada Hills, CA and Bertha in Jan 1987 in Burbank, CA. Census records provide the following information: 1910 census of Corvallis, OR: Orlow K.     3. Hello. Concerning the Nemaha County records PRIOR to 1885. The Early Records were put in the Poor Farm Home while the New Courthouse was being built. Then these old records were just left to rot. No-one bothered with them, and now they are lost. Sorry to be the bearer of such news.. but that is the truth of it.
