The Coffeyville Daily Journal Wednesday April 10, 1935 Has Birthday Party For Robert Young. Because of the rain, the picnic planned last evening in celebration of the eighteenth birthday anniversary of Robert YOUNG was held in the home of Miss Marguerite SHANHOLTZ, 1608 West Eighth street. Games were enjoyed throughout the evening and a refreshment course was served by Miss Shanholtz, assisted by her sister, Betty Lou Shanholtz. Mr. Young received a number of birthday gifts. A white birthday cake bearing eighteen yellow candles, was a feature of the menu. Those present were Misses Clover MILLER, Ethelyn SMITH, Grace DeTAR, Margaret REITZ, Marjorie MILLER and Marguerite Shanholtz and Messrs., Vernis MANIS, Frank MACE, Wyne MACE, and Evvie TOWNSON and the honoree.
