The Independence Daily Reporter Montgomery County Friday September 17, 1937 Elsie Reid. Elsie Reid, six-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank REID of Cedar Vale and first grade pupil in the Cedar Vale school, died Wednesday night of infantile paralysis in a Winfield hospital.
