The Independence Daily Reporter Montgomery County Thursday September 26, 1937 Dr. J. C. Armstrong. Dr. J.C. ARMSTRONG, 89, uncle of Dr. E.E. Armstrong of Cherryvale, is dead at Liberty, Mo. He had been librarian at Williams Jewell college since 1922. Dr. and Mrs. Armstrong went to Liberty for the funeral.
