The Coffeyville Daily Journal Montgomery County Saturday June 7, 1924 Miss Betsy CODY, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G.W. Cody of Independence, died Thursday in a sanitarium at Colorado Springs, Colo., where she went two weeks ago in the hopes of regaining her health. She was born in Ohio twenty years ago and the family has lived at Independence the past two years. She is survived by her parents and five brothers.
