Andrew DUGGAN, farmer living two miles northeast of Neodesha, died at the Wilson County hospital yesterday afternoon of injuries received about noon when a team of horses he was driving on his farm, hitched to a hay rack, ran away, throwing him under the wheels of the half-loaded rack. Both legs were broken in several place and he was injured internally. It is believed the horses' nervousness was caused by fly bites.
