Bill and Judy RUMSEY of Dodge City are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Marie to William Thomas WUGGAZER, son of Tom and Margaret Wuggazer of Coffeyville. Miss Rumsey is a graduate of Dodge City High School as well as a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a BBA in accounting. She is employed as a scholarship coordinator at Wichita State Univesity in Wichita. Mr. Wuggazer is a gradutate of Phillipsburg High School. He graduated from Kansas State University with a BA in business administration and masters of accountancy. He works as a senior accountant for Baird, Kurtz, and Dobson in Wichita. The couple plan to marry on Dec. 11, 1999.
