The Independence Daily Reporter Montgomery County Thursday November 4, 1937 Death Takes Baby Son of Mr. and Mrs. Cotner; Funeral Services Friday. Dean Edward COTNER, eight-months-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Cotner, 409 North Nineteeth, died Wednesday afternoon at 3:35 at the home of its grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. R.L. OLNEY, 909 Hill street. The child had been in ill health since birth. The little child was born in Independence at the home of its grandparents, Mr. and Mr. G. M. Cotner, rural route four, February 19, 1937. Surviving are the mother and father and grandparents. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the United Brethren church with Rev. C.L. Heatherington in charge. Burial will be in Mount Hope cemetery under the direction of the Potts Funeral home.
