Fairview and Elmwood Cemeteries are operated by the City of Coffeyville. For burials in those cemeteries, you should contact the city offices (sorry, I don't live in the area any more, so don't have the number handy). Beyond that there is Restlawn Cemetery which is privately owned. It has in recent years been obtained by a local funeral service--I don't have the name. There are a couple of rural cemeteries where they still do burials, but I suspect that if your person is buried in Coffeyville, it would probably be either in Restlawn or Fairview.
