The Independence Daily Reporter Wednesday July 28, 1937 Mr. and Mrs. Nelson HALL of rural route one, Elk City, are the parents of a baby girl, born July 25 at the farm home. The youngster has been named Nelda Ann and weighed eight pounds at birth.
