The Independence Daily Reporter Saturday July 31, 1937 Teacher Is Hired. County Superintendent Manie Weber's office was notified today that Josephine FERGUSON had been hired as teacher at Circle Valley school, district 12, for the coming school year at a salary of $60 per month.
