The Coffeyville Daily Journal Montgomery County Wednesday April 24, 1935 Geo. Fox, Formerly of Coffeyville, Dies. George FOX, about 68, formerly of Coffeyville, died late yesterday in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Pearl MOORE, at Miller, Mo., following a short illness. He went to Miller from Coffeyville about six years ago. Mr. Fox formerly lived at 805 West Eleventh street here, and was employed at the Ludowici-Celadon roofing tile plant. Besides the daughter in whose home he died, he is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Dave BAYLOR of Wichita, and Mrs. Sam HEAD of Nowata; two sons, W.L. and H.C. Fox of Kansas City; and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Carl V. Cash funeral home, and burial will be in Fairview cemetery.
The Coffeyville Daily Journal Montgomery County Wednesday April 24, 1935 Mrs. Chambers Dies at Omer Hypes Home at South Coffeyville. Mrs. Eleanor CHAMBERS, 70, died at 5 o'clock last evening in the home of her brother, Omer HYPES, at South Coffeyville, Okla., following an extended illness. The body was removed to the Benjamin funeral home at Nowata. Funeral services will be conducted at the Pentecostal church at South Coffeyville at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon and burial willbe in Fairview cemetery, Coffeyville. Mrs. Chambers had made her home with her brother at South Coffeyville for three years. She is survived by two other brothers, C.B. Hypes, of Topeka, Kansas, and Henry Hypes, of Bosburg, Wash., and a sister, Mrs. Gertrude GROVER, of Boston, Mass.

The Bohnenblust family formerly lived at Fredonia.

I found a marriage for a Richard T Blackburn 28 to a Mary A Zelgear 20, both of Coffeyville, on 5 Oct 1898.
