THIS INDENTURE, Made this 17th day of March, 1916, between Ada KINDRED and S. N. KINDRED her husband Quitclaim to Leon CARTER the following-described Lands in the County of Mitchell and State of Kansas, to-wit: The North East Quarter (NE1/4) of the North East QUARTER (NE1/4) of the South East Quarter (SE1/4) of Section One (1) Town Eight (8) Range Six (6) West; Or better described as Beginning at the North East Corner of the South East Quarter (SE1/4) of Section One (1) Town Eight (8) Range Six (6) West. Thence West Eight Hundred ninety six (896) feet Thence South Two Hundred Eight and five tenths (508 5/10) feet Thence East Eight Hundred Ninety six (896) feet, Thence North Five Hundred Eight and Five tenths (508 5/10) feet to place of beginning.
