MCCRACKEN and Olive MCCRACKEN his wife convey and warrant to John RUTHERFORD the following described lands in the County of Mitchell, State of Kansas, to wit: The East half of the South East Quarter of Section thirty three (33) Town Nine (9) South of Range Eight (8) (I. R. Stamps $1.00) for the sum of Six Hundred and no/100 DOLLARS, who will forever defend the title thereto, against all lawful claims whatsoever John T. MCCRACKEN Olive MCCRACKEN State of Kansas, County of Mitchell, ss. BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this 9 day of May A.D. 1901, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public, in and for the County and State aforesaid, came John T. MCCRACKEN and Olive MCCRACKEN who are personally known to me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument of writing, and as such persons duly acknowledged the execution of the same.
