CHAPEL the following described lands in the County of Mitchell, State of Kansas, to wit: The North Half of Lot two (2) in block five (5) in the Village of Asherville, as shown by the recorded Plat thereof for the sum of One and no/100 DOLLARS, Otto BORGEN Sarah A. BORGEN. State of Kansas, County of Rooks, ss.
