PARRISH & Alice PARRISH, Husband & wife of the County of Mitchell State of Kans., of the first part, and Russell Russel DARROW of Mitchell County, Kas, of the second part, Witnesseth, That said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred DOLLARS, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns all the following described real estate, situated in the County of Mitchell, and State of Kansas, to wit: Beginning at a point 39 feet west & 456 feet South of the North East corner of the North west quarter of Section 34 Township 7 South of Range 6 west Thence West 150 feet Thence South 150 feet Thence East 150 feet Thence North 150 feet to place of beginning. To have and to Hold the Same, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, forever. And said G. A. PARRISH & Alice PARRISH for themselves, heirs, executors or administrators, do hereby covenant, promise and agree, to and with the said party of the second part, that at the delivery of these presents they are lawfully seized in their own right, of an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance, in fee simple, of and in all and singular the above granted and described premises, with the appurtenances; that the same are free, clear, discharged and unencumbered of and from all former and other grants, titles, charges, estates, judgments, taxes, assignments and incumbrances, of what nature or kind soever; and that they will warrant and forever defend the same unto said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever against said parties of the first part, their heirs, and all and every persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
