THIS INDENTURE, made this 17th day of May A.D. 1928 between Minnie CARTER, a single woman; Pearl GUPTON, a single woman; Lucile ANDERSON and Dana ANDERSON, her husband; W. W. PARRISH and Nora PARRISH, his wife; Glenn A. PARRISH and Frona PARRISH, his wife; Vola MAHAFFA and Ed MAHAFFA, her husband, of __ County, in the State of Kansas of the first part, and E. A. PARRISH, of Mitchell County, in the State of Kansas of the second part: WITNESSETH, That said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum One Dollar and other valuable considerations the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, REMISE, RELEASE, and QUIT-CLAIM unto said party of second part, her heirs and assigns, all the following described REAL ESTATE, situated in the County of Mitchell and State of Kansas towit: A tract of land described as follows, to-wit: Commencing 20 rods East of the Southwest corner of the West half of the Southeast Quarter of Section twenty seven in township seven (7) South of Range six (6) West, of the 6th P. M., in Kansas; thence running East long Section line about sixty rods to the Southeast corner of said West half of the Southeast Quarter of Section twenty seven; thence North twenty four rods; thence, West sixty rods to a point North of point of beginning; thence, South twenty four rods to the place of beginning, Mitchell County, Kansas. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, forever.
