MCCRACKEN, et al to Olive MCCRACKEN This Indenture, Made this 1st day of April 1905, between Robert S. MCCRACKEN, Son of John T. MCCRACKEN Decd, and Mary MCCRACKEN, his wife, William G. MCCRACKEN Son of John T. MCCRACKEN Decd, and Emmy MCCRACKEN his wife, Alfred E. MCCRACKEN Son of John T. MCCRACKEN Decd, and Mamie MCCRACKEN his wife and Maud CLINKENBEARD, Daughter of John T. MCCRACKEN Decd, and L. A. CLINKENBEARD her husband all Heirs at law of John T. MCCRACKEN Decd, of Mitchell County, in the State of Kansas of the first part, and Olive MCCRACKEN of Mitchell County, in the State of Kansas, of the Second Part. Witnesseth, That said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the Sum of One Hundred Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party of the Second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do, by these presents grant, bargain, remise, release, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns for ever, all of our right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate, lying and situated in the County of Mitchell and State of Kansas to wit: All of our undivided interest in an t Lots Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten, Eleven and Twelve, (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 11 & 12) of Block Number Twenty six (26) of West Beloit, an addition to the City of Beloit Kansas; To have and to hold the same, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns, forever. And the said parties of the first part, for themselves and their heirs do hereby covenant, promise, and agree to and with the said party of the second part her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, that they will warrant and forever defend the said interest in said lands and appurtenances thereof unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, against the said parties of the first part and their heirs, and against all and every person and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, by from or under them or any of them.
