GENERAL WARRANTY From Grant MCCRACKEN and Wife to Olive MCCRACKEN State of Kansas, Mitchell County, ss. This instrument was filed for record on the 4” day of Dec., A.D., 1905, at 4 o’clock P.M. J. W. MCGHEE Register of Deeds. This Indenture, Made this 4th day of December, A.D. 1905, between Grant MCCRACKEN and Mary J. MCCRACKEN husband and wife of Mitchell County, in the State of Kansas, of the first part, and Olive MCCRACKEN of Mitchell County, in the State of Kansas, of the second part, Witnesseth, That said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Four hundred fifty and no/100 DOLLARS, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, all the following described real estate, situated in the County of Mitchell, and State of Kansas, to wit: All our undivided interested in and to Lots 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-&12 in Block 26 West Beloit addition to Beloit To have and to Hold the Same, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, forever. And said first parties, for themselves their heirs, executors or administrators, do hereby covenant, promise and agree to and with said party of the second part, that at the delivery of these presents they are lawfully seized in their own right, of an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance, in fee simple, of and in all and singular the above granted and described premises, with the appurtenances; that the same are free, clear, discharged and unencumbered, of and from all former and other grants, titles, charges, estates, judgments, taxes, assessments, and incumbrances, of what nature or kind soever: and that they will warrant and forever defend the same unto said party of the second part her heirs and assigns, against said parties of the first part their heirs, and all and every person or persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
