T. BARTLETT, Register of the Court of Probate for said County hereby certify, that at a Court of Probate duly held at Haverhill in said County on the 9th day of June Anna Domini 1902 Sarah J. CARTER of Lebanon in said County was duly appointed and commissioned Excutrix of the last will and testament of Fredrick G. CARTER late of Lebanon in said County deceased that the said Sarah J. CARTER accepted said trust and gave bonds for the faithful performance thereon as required by the laws of this State and that said appointment has never been revoked but remains in full force as by records of said Court appears.
