This indenture made this fifth day of March in the year our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety two between Samuel DARROW and Ellenor DARROW his wife of Asherville in the County of Mitchell and State of Kansas of the first part and Izurd MILLER of the second part. Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sun of Four hundred fifty ($450) Dollars to them duly paid have sold and by these presents does remise, release and quit claim unto the said party of the second her heirs and assigns forever all that tract and parcel of land situated in the county of Mitchell and state of Kansas and described as follows to-wit: A part of the north half of the south west quarter and of the south half of the north west quarter all in section numbered thirty three (33) township Seven (7) south range six (6) west of the 6’ P.M. bounded and described as follows. commencing at the south east corner of the north east quarter of the south west quarter in said section numbered thirty three (33) town and range as aforesaid thence west to Solomon River thence northerly along said River to the half section line running north and south. Thence south to the place of beginning containing twenty five (25) acres more or less with the appurtenances and all the estate, title and interest of the said parties of the first part therein. To have and to hold all and singular the above described premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year a! bove written.
