CASE his wife Quitclaim to Leon CARTER the following described lands in the County of Mitchell, State of Kansas, to-wit: The Northeast quarter of Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of section one township eight, range six west, or better described as beginning at the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of section one, township eight, range six, west, Thence west eight hundred and ninety six (896) feet; thence south five hundred eight 8/10 (508 8/10) feet; thence east eight hundred and ninety six (896) feet; thence north five hundred eight and 8/10 (508 8/10) feet to the place of beginning, containing ten acres more or less.
