Know All Men by These Presents: That Leon CARTER and Minnie CARTER his Wife of the County of Mitchell, and State of Kansas, for and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred Fifty and no/100 DOLLARS in hand paid do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Ross Wallace STRAWN and Estella M. STRAWN his wife of the County of Mitchell, and State of Kansas, the following described real estate situated in Asherville Village, in Mitchell County, and State of Kansas, to-wit: Beginning at a point, Two Hundred and Sixteen (216) feet south and Thirty Nine (30) feet West of the North East corner of the North West Quarter (1/4) of Section Thirty Four (34) Township Seven (7) South, of Range Six (6) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian. Thence running North Fifty feet (50), Thence West one hundred and fifty (150) feet, Thence South Fifty feet (50) Thence East One Hundred and Fifty (150) feet to point of beginning. This Deed is intended to and does convey Lot Number Three (3) and the South Fifty feet of Lot Number Fifteen (15) In Block Number One (1) in the Village of Asherville, According to the recorded plat thereof now on file in the office of the Register of Deeds of Said County. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements, Hereditaments and Appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Ross Wallace STRAWN and Estella M.
