MCGHEE This Indenture, Made this 8” day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six, between Otto BORGEN and Sarah A. BORGEN, his wife in the County of Rooks, and State of Kansas, of the first part, and A. H. CHAPEL of Mitchell County, in the State of Kansas, of the second part, WITNESSETH, That said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One and no/100 DOLLARS, to them duly paid have sold and by these presents do REMISE, RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM, unto said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land situated in the County of Mitchell and State of Kansas, and described as follows to wit: Commencing at a point Four Hundred Eight One (481) feet South and Four Hundred twenty nine (429) feet west of the North East corner of the North west Quarter of Section Thirty four (34) Town Seven (7) Range Six (6), west: Thence west one hundred fifty (150) feet; Thence South twenty five (25) feet; Thence East one hundred fifty (150) feet; Thence North twenty five (25) feet to beginning. With all the appurtenances, and all the Estate, title and interest of the said parties of the first part therein, To Have and To hold all and Singular, the above described premises, together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said parties of the first pat have hereunto set their hands seal on the day and year above written.
