STRAWN (his wife) of the County of Mitchell, and State of Kansas, the following described real estate situated in Mitchell County, and State of Kansas, to-wit: The West one half of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Thirty Four (Sec 34) Town Seven (7) Range Six (6) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian Except Right of Way of Solomon Valley Rail Road. $6.00 DOCUMENTARY REVENUE STAMP 9 – 1919 L. C. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements, Hereditaments and appurtenances, thereunto belonging, unto the said Ross Wallace STRAWN and Estella M. STRAWN his wife and to their heirs and assigns forever. And They do hereby covenant with the said Grantee, and with their heirs and assigns that they are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from incumbrance Except one certain Mortgage of $5000.00 which purchase assumes & agrees to pay that They have good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and They do hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
