This instrument was filed for record on the 15th day of July, A.D. 1913, at 8 o’clock A.M. J. W. MCGHEE Register of Deeds. THIS INDENTURE, Made this 26th day of June, 1913, between W. S. MCCLINTOCK and Martha B. MCCLINTOCK husband and wife of Shawnee County, in the State of Kans, of the first part, and L. O. CARTER trustee in Bankruptcy of the Estate of D. HAYDEN Bankrupt. Of Wyandotte County, in the State of Kansas, of the second part, WITNESSETH, That said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One and no/100 DOLLARS, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, REMISE, RELEASE and QUITCLAIM, unto said party of the second part, his assigns and successors in Trust, all the following-described REAL ESTATE, situated in the County of Mitchell and State of Kansas, to-wit: All of Lots Six (6) Block nineteen (19) Town of Pittsburg (Tipton Post Office) as per recorded plat thereof. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, forever.
