From W. S. MCCLINTOCK and Wife to L. O. CARTER: Trustee Entered in Transfer Record in my office, this 15th day of July, A.D. 1913 T. H. MCCULL County Clerk. State of Kansas, Mitchell County, ss. This instrument was filed for record on the 15th day of July, A.D. 1913, at 8 o’clock A.M. J. W. MCGHEE Register of Deeds. THIS INDENTURE, Made this 26th day of June, 1913, between W. S. MCCLINTOCK and Martha B. MCCLINTOCK husband and wife of Shawnee County, in the State of Kans, of the first part, and L. O. CARTER trustee in Bankruptcy of the Estate of D. HAYDEN Bankrupt. Of Wyandotte County, in the State of Kansas, of the second part, WITNESSETH, That said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One and no/100 DOLLARS, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, REMISE, RELEASE and QUITCLAIM, unto said party of the second part, his assigns and successors in Trust, all the following-described REAL ESTATE, situated in the County of Mitchell and State of Kansas, to-wit: All of Lots Six (6) Block nineteen (19) Town of Pittsburg (Tipton Post Office) as per recorded plat thereof. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, forever. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands, the day and year first above written. W. S. MCCLINTOCK Martha B. MCCLINTOCK STATE OF Kansas, Shawnee County, ss. BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this 26th day of June, A.D. 1913, before me the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for the County and State aforesaid, came W. S. MCCLINTOCK and Martha B. MCCLINTOCK, husband and wife who are personally known to me to be the same persons who executed the within instrument of writing, and such person did duly acknowledged the execution of the same in their free and voluntary act and deed.
