MCGHEE Register of Deeds per HALL THIS INDENTURE, Made this 2nd day of March, 1914, between Mina HESSER and F. P. HESSER wife and husband, of Mitchell County, in the State of Kansas, of the first part, and Mae DARROW and Flora CLANIN of Mitchell county, in the State of Kansas, of the second part, WITNESSETH, That said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One and no/100 DOLLARS, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, REMISE, RELEASE, and QUITCLAIM, unto said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, all the following-described REAL ESTATE, situated in the County of Mitchell and State of Kansas, to-wit: An undivided one-half interest in and to the S. E. ¼ of NE ¼ Section 30, Township 7, Range 6, containing 40 acres, more or less.
