Susan, March 1st is the date the census began, there was no place on the forms to put the date the census taker was actually there. A marriage license index has these dates; E E Ralston & Jennie Langren 04 April 1885 Nettie Ralston & John O'Neill 04 Apr 1906 J E Ralston & Lucy Raffensperger 24 Aug 1912 There is also Edwin Ralston & Almeda Wright 24 Nov 1906 Don't know if this is the same man or not. Do not find an obit for him, but Jennie died 27 Dec 1904, so it could be. James Edward died 27 Dec 1979 Lucy or Lucille 06 Aug 1945 [His obit has Lucy hers Mrs Ed] I do not find obits on John and Nettie or children and they are not in the cemetery index.
